Party appetizers

It is Christmas weekend! and I am finally getting into the Christmas spirit. This year work was dragging along until the end. But now I am ready for the mountain of presents and gluhwein. 
Making the appetizers has become a bit of my specialty these last years. Check out what I made last year (2016) and the year before (2015) and in 2013 we made a party special for Ikea Family Belgium!

This year I am combining two of my favourites: cookies and cheese! Jules Destrooper cookies (This is Belgian!) have some great food pairing recipes on their website. Check it out! 

I choose mini butter crisps with gandaham mozzarella and figconserve, the mini waffles with brugse Dentelle Kaas with a mango and cornichon salsa and the florentines with cheddar and cucumber.
