Indian dips

I start my Saturdays with aquagym and then it is non-stop shopping. I seem to have run out of 'stuff' recently. Every week it is something new, I need socks, I need shoes, I need a new moisturizer and then I only start with the real shopping for food!

Last Saturday I came home and really didn't feel like starting to cook a decent meal. I had some leftover samosas from a previous party and enough ingredients in the house to make some decent dips, so here is it: my Indian bites and dips evening: a selection of pakoras (from the Indian take-away), homemade samosas and naan bread. 

I follow this great BBC Good food recipe with peas and potatoes. 

Coriander and mint raita
Chop some fresh mint and coriander and mix together with grated cucumber (squeeze it first so most juice is removed) and spoon everything through Greek yoghurt. Sprinkle with Indian spice mix Panch Phoran. 
Tomato chili dip
Peel, deseed and finely chop 2 tomatoes. Add 1/2 finely chopped onion, 1/4 finely chopped chili and lots of fresh coriander.
