Wild asparagus bruschette with lemonthyme flowers tomato salad

Wild asparagus, hurry quickly you only find them at the groceries six weeks a year, somewhere in May and early June! 


I sauté them 30 sec in a little bit of butter and make a bruschette with them:

sourdough bread
wild asparagus
burrata
radishes
watercress
sage blowers

Perfect with a simple tomato salad decorated with lemonthyme flowers. Look for the multi coloured cherry tomatoes for extra colour.
