Imagin Gin pop-up bar in Brussels

One of my all time favourite cocktails is a G&T. Gin lovers have been spoiled with the gin craze these last years, but one gin has had a place in my drink's cabinet for many, many years: the beautiful blue bottle of Bombay Sapphire.

Just like last year Bombay Sapphire teamed up with Fever Tree tonic to open an exclusive pop-up gin bar for the summer. This year they set up their secret garden right in the centre of Brussels. Don't you love it when you walk into a little street and discover not only a house full of hidden treasures but a magical garden too.

For six weeks you can come and sip exclusive gin cocktails in a boho chic decor. There are five new gin cocktails made with Bombay Sapphire gin and the ever so great tasting Fever Tree tonics. Did you know there is an elderflower tonic now too? I didn't but was charmed by the delicate perfume and so enjoyed this tonic in the basil and raspberry gin cocktail. My favourite!

There are cocktails with thyme, with ginger and pepper and even one with a spicy red pepper on the menu. But what is so special about this year's Imagin bar are the signature cocktails that a select group of Brussels artists have made: artist St├ęphane Halleux, fashion expert Didier Vervaeren, Michelin star chef Bart De Pooter, mixologist Ran Van Ongevalle and food artist Laurence Soetens.
They will come and present their own gin cocktail creations in the bar at special dates, keep an eye on the Imagin website!

Imagin Brussels is only open for six weeks, so grab your diary quickly and pick a date between 29 May and 5 July for your ultimate gin experience! Don't forget to make reservations, places are limited.(T: 0473 72 96 92)
